Who we are and what this policy covers
Ingwe Tech Ltd is the controller responsible for personal data collected through ingwetech.com and company enquiries. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17416602. Our registered office is Parker House, 44 Stafford Road, Wallington, SM6 9AA, United Kingdom.
This policy covers visitors, business contacts and prospective partners. Separate privacy information and contractual terms will apply where an Ingwe product processes personal data. This website does not currently offer customer accounts, purchases or product downloads.
You can send a privacy request through our contact form, selecting “A data protection request”, or write to our registered office, marked “Privacy enquiry”. You do not need to use particular wording to exercise your rights.
Information we collect
When you visit, the hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested URL, time of request, browser information and security events. We do not request GPS location or use advertising pixels or website analytics.
If you write to us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide, such as your name, organisation, business contact details, enquiry and related correspondence. Where someone introduces you on behalf of your organisation, we may receive your business contact details from that person. We will explain any materially different use when we contact you.
Our forms identify required and optional fields. They ask for your first and last name, work email, company and message; the contact form asks for an enquiry topic, and the partner form asks about your business and optionally your website. On submission, our Cloudflare-hosted service validates these details and sends them to HubSpot with the name and address of the form page. It does not send a tracking cookie or your IP address to HubSpot. Cloudflare processes your IP address to limit abusive submissions.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without a usable contact route and sufficient detail.

We consider the purpose, necessity and impact on individuals before relying on legitimate interests. We do not treat contacting us or accepting website terms as consent to marketing. We do not add website enquirers to a marketing mailing list.
International processing
Cloudflare operates a global network, so website request information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, the applicable transfer arrangement must provide the protection required by UK data-protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
You can contact us at our registered office to ask about the safeguards applicable to your information and how to obtain a copy, subject to necessary redactions. HubSpot and its subprocessors may also process enquiry information internationally. Its Data Processing Agreement describes the transfer mechanisms it uses, including contractual safeguards for UK personal data.
How long information is kept
We keep information for its stated purpose and do not retain it indefinitely merely because storage is available. For correspondence, the relevant criteria are whether the enquiry is still active, any continuing business relationship, the need to evidence decisions or agreements, and applicable legal duties or limitation periods.
Technical records are kept for operational and security needs, including investigating identified incidents. The period depends on the hosting service and the type of record.
The browser preference described in our cookie policy expires after 180 days and is no longer treated as a valid choice. You can clear it sooner in Cookie settings. Information subject to a specific legal hold may need to be retained for that matter; access and use should remain restricted to that purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information you provided. These rights have conditions and exceptions; we will explain any applicable limitation.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You have an absolute right to object to use of your data for direct marketing.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Cookie settings can be reopened from every page; any future optional cookies must remain off unless you choose otherwise.
Use our contact form or write to our registered office to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or clarify the request. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions or pauses, and will explain these where they apply. Requests are normally free; any permitted fee or refusal will be explained.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter, but you do not have to do so before contacting the regulator. Other local supervisory-authority rights may also apply.
Security, children and automated decisions
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information sent to us has been compromised.
The website is intended for business and enterprise audiences, not children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal data. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can assess the appropriate action.
We do not use website enquiry data to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Links to external sites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our processing changes and revise the date above. Where required, we will give more prominent notice or seek a new consent. The cookie policy describes the storage actually used by this website.
